   - Ticket price is $35.00 (can be purchased online or at the door).

   - The Showhouse tour is approximately 1 1/2 hours in length.

   - The Showhouse is not handicap accessible.

   - No children under the age of 8. 

   - No food or drinks are allowed in the house. 

   - Parking will be available on the street around the house.
